Closing Support Tickets

I have asked two questions in the past two days, and when I submitted the second question, somehow a duplicate question was created unintentionally. Now I can't post any more support questions because I have apparently asked too many. I understand why you might do that to stop spam, but at least could we please close our own tickets? The reason I want to ask another question is that I want the Indexification API key and need it quite urgently but I can't even talk to you because of the support ticket limit.

Hello,

What you want to ask about Indexification API Key? It is located at the top right side of every page once inside your Indexification account, near where the clock is...
